Does Mushkin mislabel ?

I'm looking to get the new Asus P4T533 motherboard. It supports the new 32 bit rimms. I'm probably going to buy one without the memorary bundle to save a few bucks. On mushkin they have 32 bit rimms but the sticker they label it as 800mhz. But according to the samsung site it should be the 1066mhz or really the 4200 rimms. So is mushkin really selling 4200 rimms or something else ?
