DDR 333 too slow. Abit BD7II-Raid

Hi,

I have a P4 [email protected], 145fsb, 194mem, 256mb Samsung 333, cas 2.5, 7, 3, 3

Running Sandra Memory Benchmark gives only 1500 mb/s...

I was espected something around 2700mb/s.

Anyone have asuggestion ??

Make sure you have the most up to date version of sandra.
If you can, lower the timings to 2.5-6-2-2.

i run a bd7II and a p4 2.26 my mem is at 175/175 1:1 and /4 divider 2-5-2-2

i get 2707 also, that is about on track so id say ur just fine
