I love Gainward!

Man, I RMA'ed a card to them that was messing up (admittedly, my fault), and they were talking about how they would repair it or something. Cool, I thought. Then I get my package today and they simply replaced it completely! Whole new card, new software (PowerDVD instead of WinDVD, I think Power is SO much better), everything!

Now I liked them before, but now I'm loyal. I'm that type of guy. If you're in the market for an nVidia card, go Gainward!

Sent it out Monday, got it back today (three days total), that's real quick for a there-and-back!

That's cool, I just got a 4400 from them. I sure hope nothing happens to it, but it's good to know they have good service if anything does.

thats good to here allthough 99% of the time they trash the card and send you a new or a model that has been reshipped from a store(compusa)ext.. I once rma'd a card that was all fu*ked solder all over it and wires soldered to it heatsink falling of and they send me a brand new card, go figure...good to know companys aren't to cheap and want the consumer to have a happy experince with there products.

i like Gainward too....the RED PCB...
but i just bought a Leadtek, since the Gainward Ti4200 doesn't OC all that well...but with their new 3.3ns Golden Sample out, may be that can do some major damage to my Leadtek:D
