Anyone have to deal with Visiontek RMA before?

Hi I think my Visiontek Ti200 is dieing because it only allows AGP 2x for some reason; It used to allow 4x. Has anyone had to deal with Visiontek before as far as warranies go? I think I might be out of luck because I tossed the box my card came in and the Best Buy Receipt that I had was sent to Best Buy for a rebate. ARRRGGHH!!! If you have had previous experiences with them please let me know how it went.
