i got my window gasket today and i really dont get how it goes i got this skinny piece of rubber and this thick piece of rubber i have put by winodow in the thicker side to see if it fits and my window is too skinny what should i do and there are 3 notches in the thick rubber too. here is a pic to help

large channel for plexi
small channel for case panel and the narrow strip goes into the back grooze to force pressure down on the other two and lock it in...

sound plausible?

yeah i was just looking at it and figured that out i guess you put the little strip in after you install the window i think i will do that on my bed so i dont scratch the lexan even though i dont tthink it will scratch but i have to protect my case too

Lexan loves to get scratchy. Sometimes I swear that air can scratch it. Take all the precautions you can.

i hate that godamned locking strip. Mine was too tight a fit so I just gave up and filled the locking strip groove with hot glue, lol. Hey whatever works....:rolleyes:

i ended up using this tool that came with my screen door to get that locking strip installed it is like a handle with little rollers
