Fan filter for Antec/Chieftec Cases

How do I make some fan filters for an Antec/Chieftec case for the front of the case where there are three inlet fans? What should I use and how should I attach it to the case since normal fan filters will not fit into the fan brackets used in Antec/Chieftec cases. I also want as much air flow through the filters as possible.

I cut a small 1/4" thick foam filter material and fit it inside the front bezal that will allow air to pass through it. Antec's new case's come with a front filter. You may want to contact Antec as the bottom of my Antec looks the same as the new Antec's with the filter screen. The may interchange.
