What is the difference in size between the Flex MB and the micro ATX?

Sizes may slightly vary depending on the manufacturer but generally, microATX runs 9.6" X 9.6" while Flex form factor goes at 9" X 7.5".

Some Flex ATX motherboard will be mislisted as Micro ATX. But you can always tell by checking the dimensions (240mm x 190mm).
Flex ATX motherboards will have EVERYTHING onboard 90% of the time.

Other than size, there's no significant difference besides availability and variety of Flex ATX models versus the comparable plethora of Micro ATX models.
