Heatsink removal

Does anyone have a Ati Xpert 200? I need to get the heatsink off of it so I can get a blue orb on it. Tried twisting it but not even moving. Help!

Put it in a bag and freeze it for about 30 minutes. Then try twisting it off. You can also try using a screwdriver to pry it off

Will that do any harm do the board if you freeze it? I also heard of running it really hot and then twist it off. Will this do also?

yes, either hot or cold should do. The freezer trick is ok for the card. You can also try to GENTLY pry with a screwdriver as It_The_Cow suggested.
