If I had a computer with two SCSI hard drives (this sounds like serious overkill but bear with me), could I choose which hard drive to boot off of during boot-up?

you would set your BIOS to boot from SCSI...
and then in your SCSI BIOS you would set what drive on the SCSI chain is the boot drive...
so to answer your question, yes

I just thought of something. Can MS-DOS (in Windows 98) recognize a SCSI hard drive?
I just spent 2 hours learning how to make MS-DOS recognize my ROM drive, thus inspiring this question.
I believe there are SCSI card drivers for DOS.

its all about drivers.
If you have drivers for the OS then it will work
If you dont have drivers, you are SOL
