agp mode question...

my cpu is running 1900+ @ 2000+ and geforce 4 ti4400 at 300/608 and agp mode set to 2x... if i switch to 4x will i experience problems since the video card is oced? any thoughts on this?

artifacts are the most common issue. you will only find out setting it to 4x.

yeah, ur right... i got artifacts at 4x and got 9920...
so, i decided to try it at 2x... i got 9858 with no artifacts...
does anyone know how i can get rid of the artifacts at 4x mode? would i have to up the VCore? any advice?

you need to decrease the agp bus either by setting dividers or lowering FSB.

i have 4:4:1 ratio (cpu : pci : sdram)
and my fsb is 141 mhz... i ve tried at 133 mhz and it works but i would like to stay at higher range.. 140, 139, 138 mhz still give me artifacts
