Hi,
I have negative airflow in my case. With this setup, i believe that air is being sucked out at a rapid rate, so no hot air can stay long enough to heat things up.

I do not understand y positive airflow is good. Can someone please explain?

When the pressure is high in the case, it is more difficult for dust to be pumped in. When pressure is low, dust has a harder time getting in(it still does). Intake fans provide more cfm when they don't have to fight against high pressure, so having more exhaust than intake is generally a bit better for cooling puposes.

I also have negative case pressure.
