Does nvidia pick up voodoo's warranty. And what should i do. I'm probably screwed aren't i.

I would try to get the place that sold it to me to replace it.

yeah I think you are sol. sorry to tell you this but unless the seller will take it back you are screwed.

The guy i bought it from had a 3 rating and now he has a -10 rating. Not good!

I'm contacting nvidia to see if they will back up the warranty. lets hope they do.

Since the seller is a crook, you may want to contact eBay (I'm sure the others have too)... they might help.

I used yahoo once or twice... Yahoo really doesn't care much about their auction site, so don't expect much from them. Ebay has a lot more to lose since all they do are auctions and could have actually helped you to take legal action...

I suggest, in that case, you file a police report asap.
