Which is better a geforce2 mx 400 with 64mb or a geforce2 GTS WITH 32mb of DDR

DTo answer your question very simply, a Geforce2 w/ 32mb. If you wanna know why, just ask.

the geforce2mx is a budget board (although the best one there is :) )
the geforce 2 gts is the midrange of the range (just below the ultra)
the gts has more rendering pipelines than the mx,allowing more data to flow
the core also runs faster
the traditional bottleneck in graphics has been the memory speed
ddr ram transfers twice as much data as sdr
the extra 32m of memory wouldnt matter in most applications ,as this memory still limits the performance of the card
