people who work with CAD generally run these type of cards. They are open gl monsters. They work well with multiple images on screen at once but suck a$$ at games.

I still want one :D Besides, I do some 3D work and primarily run OpenGL games, which should work nicely with those cards. I suspect the main problem with games is the lack of a pixel shader and no real DirectX support. I hope someone develops an OpenGl wrapper for DX or DX just dies and everyone starts to use opengl (and it is finally standardized).
