TC is correct. I feel sure that RD never had any intention to really join our team. He was playing some kind of personal game with his old team LWD.

People who bounce around all the time for whatever reason have their own issues to deal with. I will continue to welcome all new members to the Team. Those that stay, stay and those that bounce get forgotten. Such is life. :)

I would hope that none of our members ever feel the need to play such juvenile games. If any member ever feels like they need to leave make a sincere announcement if desired and leave. No games needed.

We are all free to chose our own paths.
