RIght now I have a case temp of 30-33 with ambient of 25-26. Right now I have a 92mm on the front bottom blowing in, an 80mm side intake over the cpu and another 80mm exhausting out the back. I know there is not enought exhaust so I'm planning to replace the 80 side intake with a 120 (done with 7v), put the 92 as a blowhole and then make the 80 side intake the front low intake.

I would like to make the 120 the front intake but it won't fit with my hard drives.

Will this work or is there a better solution?

With average cfms for the fans upu listed, it sounds like a good system--you should try to have about the same amount of intake as exhaust. With a 120mm as a blowhole, however, you might find that your HSF will be 'fighting" for air with it--which means you will have to isolate your HSF from it with some sort of duct or shield.

If you can, try to jury-rig or buy an adapter so you can put the 92 on the HSF, and then put an 80 on both intakes, and the 120 as a blowhole, the 120 should roughly equal the 2 80's, and you'll get better CPU temps :)

Well, I took ---X---'s advice and reversed the 80's for intakes and made the 120 the blowhole. Reversed my heatsinkfan as well to suck (its an alpha). Dropped cpu about ten degrees. Folding away right now.
Thanks.
