ram drand?

Ok I am buying PC2700 now. I have 3 slots and I want 1GB of RAM. So I am getting 2 sticks of 256 and 1 of 512, or 2 of 512. Now I can get 2x256 micron and 1x512 samsung, or i can get 2x512 samsung. Are there other options? what should i do?

Try to stick to one stick when you can if you plan on overclocking. 512 MB is usually enough for the average person...

more sticks of ram may lower ur ability to reach a high FSB. And mixing brands is not recommended.
