This actually makes sense since the old "C" revision is now probably the new PC3200 rev. This info was from a post by a Corsair tech guy in the Corsair froum in response to my question:
"Actually, Samsung quit making the C rev some time ago is only shipping the D rev which, while still slower than the C rev, has gotten a lot faster in the last few weeks."
