72 watt peltier for <$20??!?! Rip-Off? or legit??

Has anybody tried the 72 watt peltier from The Overclockerz Store?? Do i just need this for a Duron, or do i also need the $5 cold plate?? would this and a globalwin FOP38 do the trick for lots of cooling? opinion? thanks

also, a 118 watt peltier for 27 bucks, sounds like a good deal...anybody have links to sites that help peltier setup??

Well you're going to need a better cooler for that 118W peltier that FOP38 just isn't gonna cut it :/. Alpha maybe but water would be much safer. AMD has great chips but they're little space heaters. And you'll need to be able to remove the heat off the hot side fast enough so that the cold side will stay cold an not fry your CPU.
