Seti & Mac, whos doing it? and how is it working?

For a while now a friend of mine has offered me use of his lab at work, turned out the last person to be there was also running seti, and they are still running.
He wants to swith them out to my account.. I havent taken him up on the offer yet but im starting to think about doing it, I may go up tomorrow night and do it.

But what I want to know is, how it runs and if there is anything that i needs to be known before trying. Ive had very little experience using Macs {i dont like them very much}

also if anyone has some WU times that would be great. The lab consists of 500Mhz, 800Mhz and 1Ghz box's

You're probably looking at 15 hours on the slowest one. I don't know much else about them either.

Well... bad news is that you'll be using the screen saver... 500MHZ is probably 3 units every 2 days... based on my G3 & G4 experience...

Tips.. set display colors to thousands (not Millions)... go to blank screen...
