any one know any good ide tape drives i need 80 gig minimum but as cheep as is sanely posible dose not mater how old the thing is as long as it can be bought

I don't think there's an IDE drive that big even available. The biggest one I saw on pricewatch was a 20/40 Gig drive that went for $353. Your gonna have to get a smaller drive and span across multible tapes when you do your back up if you want to go IDE I think.
