I do not know about any places that will take paypal, but the standard answer is http://www.pricewatch.com and then check out the vendor at http://www.resellerratings.com

I would sya go to www.ebay.com they normally have a lot of them

Although it isn't totally 100% secure I ahve never had a problem and ebay has a good fraud protection services...I would go there

Yep, www.ebay.com is the place for used stuff. Since it's a 3-10GB HD, you probably won't find stores carrying them anymore. And since the price depends on demand, you'll get a fair price.

Best place to get it it right here in the forums. Go to the classified section and take a look.

if you can't find any in our classified's section, go to this link:

http://www.compgeeks.com/products.asp?cat=HDD

compgeeks.com is a place that has a lot of older, remanufactured or refurbished (or just plain old) computer parts that are still in prime condition. just check out the site, and they seem to have what you requested :D

If you are going to spend 35-40 $ you might as well get a barracuda IV 40GB it sells for 67 $ new.
