Help, my memory is slow!

I'm not a memory score expert, but mine look low to me.
I've attached my scores from Sandra.
The RAM is Samsung PC2700 DDR @ 147 fsb (DDR 294)
The timings are set to CAS2 and Ultra.
I've got an ECS K7S5A.
Shouldn't I at least be able to make it somewhere over 2000 with this stuff?

*edit* Forgot one important factor, my CPU is a Tbird 1133@1275

So does anyone know?
Are these scores normal for what I have?
Or is something wrong?
