Contest kind of s*cks... I would have to buy a dremel to mod my case in order to try to win a dremel... I'd like it better if you show you mod, tell how you did it, and how a dremel would have helped...

Should I send in a picture of the 2 holes I cut in the side of my case? lol. They might feel sorry for me and give me some free stuff :D

I didn't see anything in the rules stating that you have to use a Dremel... :D

I agree. That's exactly what I had in mind when I first learned about the contest. I don't own a Dremel, and I would love to win one, but how can I win if I don't own a Dremel to begin with? Weird contest. I hope I could borrow a Dremel from someone so I could enter!

I used a rotozip for my fan blowhole, any high speed drill with a saw bit should work, and you could sand the edges by hand, but only three winners? for the whole planet? that Blows too.

Garwain, from now on could you spell it s*cks, or something similar? we kinda frown on cussing because we have a diverse crowd, and we wouldn't want our younger freinds kiked off because of a few words (parental controls, net nanny, etc.)

I hope you understand, and don't take it personal

from contest site
Send us a picture of your case mod and a brief description of how you used your Dremel rotary tool to build it (you must use the Dremel rotary tool for a majority of the project.)

Are you implying that you're going to submit a jig-saw modded case and lie? :D

I'ts not that bad of a contest, if you have a, "not so good" dremel, which I do. It's cordless and I can only cut metal for about 20min before I have to recharge it for 3 hours. 20min would get me through one corner of a case window, or an 80mm fan hole, if i'm lucky.

Hehehehe, I bought the black and decker RTX model rotary tool because it's easier to hold on to... :D

Maybe I could enter because I used a bunch of dremel brand bits.
But what I really want is the dremel and routing table attachment so I can bevel edges.

I'll clean up the edges with my Dremel... :D

Actually I'm not even going to enter. Way too much time to put in in a short period of time. I like to take my time and make sure everything is perfect.
