Sorry but i`m new at this I am buying a asus p4b533 mobo with a 2.2a cpu and 2700 ram. just wondered if this is right?

2.2a at default = 100mhz FSB x 22
so if I overclocked it to 115mhz it would run at 2530mhz
I want my ram to run at it full potential so if I set my cpu/memory frquency to 3:4 the memory will run at 153mzh x 2 = 306mhz

so if I can get the FSB up to 115 and the ratio at 3:4
my system will run at 2530 with memory running a little slower than it can at 306 mhz. Is this right or have I got it all wrong?
is there any way of getting my memory to run faster without having to overclock the cpu anymore?

Thanks any advice help comments would be great!!!
