I have been thinking about it for months and read a few articles of what others have done. It seems like alot of fun.
What problems did you encounter making yours?
I think i'll have some problems with making a power on/reset led switch since im not skilled in soldering, yet.
I'm from canada as well and has anyone found a cheap place to buy lucite from?

Search the forums on a topic before posting. I've helped three different people on this subject already.
McMaster.com is the best place to buy Polycarbonate (Lexan) and Acrylic (Lucite).
Acrylic is generally not very pleasant for tooling compared to Polycarbonate.
There are several DIY Clear cases that have been completed successfully, and one of them is mine...

I have a tutorial available through PM or E-mail.
Snatcher has a nice tower. There is a thread about it in Alternitive Modding somewhere.
