Microsoft Intellimouse Wireless Explorer Problem

Hey guys,

I recently upgraded from a Logitech Mouseman to the Intellimouse. Problem is, very frequently, the mouse just stops tracking and skips all around the screen as I move it. It seems to start for no reason really, I never had the problem with the MouseMan....

Ideas?

When does it start to skip? Playing games, desktop, surfing?

i have the exact same problem! Please email me or tell me how to fix this... plllease :) I love the looks and when it is working right, the mouse. but it skipping around is horrible for me as I use it 4+ hours everyday.. and for anyone taht says the battery life sucks on wireless mouse, they are wrong. mine has lasted a couple of months (atleast 2+). anyways please tell me what you'll did to fix the problem or how to fix it,
