quiet?

is there some kind of complete cooling system for a 700MHz duron at around 1GHz that will be silent or as cloer to it as possible? this can include water cooling, but it needs to be in a kit for under $100.
I've heard that an ALPHA PAL6035 would be good for the system, but that it is noisy...

www.leufkentechnologies.com has a complete water cooling kit (minus the liquid) for $125. Thats a pretty good deal if you ask me. Check it out.
