cpu fsb and dram settings

hi.. im using athlong xp1800+ and ecs k7vta3 v 3 board + kingmax 333ddr 256mb - the max fsb my cpu can go is 140.....bec of the mobo settings...my cpu right now is oclocked to 140 .... dram clock setting should be what? by speed? or 166??? anything else aside from dram command rate i should tinker with??? kingmax ddr does not run at cas 2 on 166 ... any tips??? by the way ive downloaded sandra... and how do i test the memory.. what grade should i be seeing for a 256mb 333 ddr? thnnks
