Recommendations for good dual intel board?

I want to do dual Intel Xeon 2.2 or 2.4ghz what is a good board for this? i need a lot of features...sound, lan, raid, usb 2.0, etc.

this for a server at work...itsa server on a small 12 computer network with a 250 mb of shared data...don't need some huge eneterprise level system just a nice powerful stable duallie...
