L2 Cache Cooling?

I have a PIII 450mzh @ 600 right now. I would like to know if there is anything or product I could use to cool the L2 cahce. My system currently has a Alpha P3125. My temps. are between 19C- 22C idle and 33C running Prime 95.
Would cooling the L2 cache allow me to reach 630mhz @ 140FSB?

if the cash is exposed you can go to "the shack" and get a small 4 fin black heat sink and some cold-dry soder and put it on.
