OCZ memory

Is this a good brand? Any thing bad about it?

Because I can get a stick of 256 DDR pc3200 400mhz for $90 us

there was a BIG thread about this awhile ago.. turns out that OCZ is a rather small company.. as in like 3 guys and a house.. lol the thread claimed to be in there "warehouse" and it stated that all their chips were just overclocked sticks.. i'm not sure, i bought a stick of 2400 along time ago, and it never performed quite right.. quite dissapointed when my crucial 2100 can go 15mhz higher with fastest timings on same setup..
