I'm doing a physics research and analysis project on the cooling of modern computers. I'm wondering if anyone here knows of any decent websites, books, or indeed people who could help me. I need as well as actual physics equations i.e. working out the heat produced from a die at certain clock speeds and voltages. (I have seen this on the this site but now can't find it )c: ). But also methods and ways into this topic. I know quite a lot about computers but I need some advice here. Thanks in advance.

There is lots of technical material available on Intel's website that will provide many data and formulea. In addition to technical Data Sheets there a many technical White Paprers dealing with computer/CPU cooling and cooling solutions. Go to the developer's area. . .
