NTFS Vs. FAT 32 = ?? 3D Marks

Who out there has used FAT 32 and now uses the NTFS file system? Which will get a guy a higher benchmark score? Also, is there any diffrence in stability when overclocked using one over the other?

very good question, i never thought of that before. anyone think NTFS could be better for overclocking?
