Cooling help.

I have a Tbird 700 running on an AZ-11 and an AMD certified heatsink/fan. During games, the computer freezes. I feel the heatsink and almost get burned. I am not overclocking. Could you recommend an air cooled solution? Thanks.

How many case fans do you have? Cooling the chip takes more than just a CPU HSF, you need cooler airflow through your case.

I just have one, but i'll add another one, and put it in the back. Thanks for the idea.
