I wanna start case modding. Imma buy a workbench and a dremel kit. I'm interested in blow/suck holes (i know i need other parts), and i'm interested in custom design windows. IS this a good dremel kit or should i go for a cheaper one?

you don't need that, look for one in the $40-$60 range. I would recommend one that has a high/low speed switch. I have one similar to this, http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/stores/detail/-/hi/B0000302XX/qid=1027758667/sr=1-5/ref=sr_1_5/104-7185104-2999159 Their prices seem high, especially after shipping. If you can go to a hardware store and get one, I think you could save about $10-20.

check out home depot or something, i got a dremel for $30 with a wand (if you don't know then you don't need one :D ) and about 500 wheels and stuff, most of witch i'll never use. it was a return item but it works, and it's in mint condition (was anyway  )
i'm sure you know this but make sure you get one with different speeds.

You don't want to do everything on the high setting. First it makes it very difficult to control, second if wastes some of the bits life, and lastly kust think of it like a drill, you're not going to go all the way when you drill in to metel; usually you want to work you're way up to the drill bit using lesser drills so the whole gradually gets bigger.

But I usually use my dremel in the high setting when using cutting wheels, and low in pretty much all other jobsl.
