Powering the Peltier

After I read the article in the peltiers section called Powering the peltiers I wanted to know where to buy this product. I email the guy who wrote the article but the email address didn't work. I have 118 watt peltier from overclockerz.com. If you have any suggestions on a power supply please respond with the what type and what voltage and all that crap and where I can get it.

I Went to Ebay and picked up a 12 amp 13.5 volt regulated powersupply for $30 including shipping!! Goto the Ham raido section,,Lots of good power supplys there CHEAP!!
I didnt like putting that much of a load on my computers powersupply,So a External is the way to go.
