I am going to wait till they come out to see what they will do, but most likely I will wait for the NV30
damn... it'll be cool if graphics like these are put into RPG games.

as good as nv 30. I guess we need some benchmarking and overclocking to see which is the best
the ati shots and the nv30 shots looks pretty much the same quality http://members.directvinternet.com/maxvla/dunno.gif

I'll just say what I said in the nv30 thread:Those pics were more than likely taken with an extremely low framerate because when you lower the framerate(and your polygons per second remains the same) you will have more polygons/effects per frame, which in turn relates to much more detailed still images but not games.

Look great, and if you've seen the videos these stills come from, you realize how good 9700 really is!

The shots look great esp. the bear. Now to see how it rocks in the real world. Benchmarks and gaming performance. I love the competition between ATI and Nvidia because it means great graphics and hopefully lower prices. Now let Creative/3dfx throw something into the mix and make it a full on war.

Right 3dlabs, though I think a come from the grave resurgence of 3dfx would make at least a few of the Voodoo faithful happy.
