512MB Crucial DDR PC2100

The only thing I don't like about that is the PNY video card. I have read several threads here saying they suck. If I find one I'll edit this with the link.

While you are at it, why not upgrade to Crucial PC2700. That is a better match for your Mobo.
And I agree w/ ElGriton, get a different brand Ti4600, the MSI 128mb board had great reviews.

the pny's show up well in the top 3dmark scores it just depends on the actual card. the video card lottery at its best :)

Here is a comparison of the PNY card;

You might check out newegg for the hard drive. You can pick up an 80 gig IBM for 89 bucks with free shipping. Something to consider...

Yeah, since you're going pretty much top of the line on everything, spend a little extra for some at least pc2700 memory, also check out the Leadtek GF4, check out the cooling on that thing :D

Wow, I almost missed that.
Get a decent HSF. Thermalright AX-7, SLK-800 or Volcano 7+.
I really love my AX-7, with a 50CFM 80mm fan, it is hard to beat the noise to cooling ratio.
If you want a nice system, get an nForce motherboard (without the onboard vid.) VIA chipsets have had DMA issues which can cause 3D games using D3D to lock up. You have to kill the power to reboot. I have experenced this myself, as have a few friends of mine.
The onboard sound on the nForce is better than the Sound Blaster 5.1 card. So you will be good there.
Just make absolutely sure you fill all of your memory banks up. Even if it means getting a stick of 256 and two sticks of 128. Just get the 2100, as filling your banks will get you a better performance increase for the money.
Just read up on it yourself and make your own decision :)
Good luck.
(If you can wait, nVidia figured out how to write a video driver directly to the memory segment used by your screen. They had to develop it for the XBox, and it saves your system the need to push your screen through the AGP slot to main memory before displaying it. The technology should be available with the new generation nForce mobo. They will come with a GF4 Ti chipset, but with the optimized drivers, it should kick the butt of a lot of cards. Moving data is by far the most expensive part of any computer operations. If you don't have to move it, you are much better off. )
