Another slowdown

I'm without an internet connection again... Cable company is supposed to be sending a technician (again) today, and hopefully he'll be able to fix whatever the problem is.

Before leaving for work this morning I opened up 4 copies of the console on my dual machine, and got new WU's on my trusty old dialup connection, but they were all small WU's and I was going through a frame in about 3 minutes, so I'm afraid they are all complete now and the machine is sitting around doing nothing. At least I still have my dual server up and running, but if I keep having these problems, it'll take forever to hit the top 100!

sorry to hear about the cable problems, but good thing you got the 4 clients up and going! at least you will have more than one protein to upload when you get home!! as always let us know what is going on, and let us knw we things get up and going:D

hope they can get the cable worked out in one visit!

actually I should have 7 WU's ready to upload since I have 3 other computers that were close to finishing... If the cable company doesn't resolve this soon, I'll be looking into a bi-directional satilite connection.

those have 1 sec of lag i believe as a given, if your into fps gaming dont look to it as an reliable isp
