AMD 800 Overclocking, Begginer

Hi,
I am just a begginer in the overclocking world and want to overclock my 800Mhz T'bird to 1000Mhz, But i dont know about cooling, i have a single fan cooler master. What should i use?

The FOP 32 is a good, relativly cheap heatsink. You can get one for around $20.00. Also, make sure that you have good airflow in your case, or even the best heatsink will do you no good. There are good articles on case cooling on the main overclockers.com websight.
