Hi,
Got a couple of questions regarding my system, first of all ive been running my 1.4 Thunderbird at 1.53 11.5x133 1.75v 100% stable for about a year now, its got a SK6 sat on it with a delta loud fan. The problem is im not sure the heatsink is fitted or performing correctly. Generally it idles at around 44c and 50c under load with a motherboard temp of 28-30c this is with a room temp of about 28c also I have 4 case fans currently running. If I drop the Multiplyer way down to 800Mhz I see no drop in temps what so ever should i expect to see a drop? Or does it mean the Heatsink is preforming Properly?
Also if i up the Multiplyer to 12x133 1.6Ghz 1.85v the system will lock after 10 mins gaming and the motherboard gives a long endless beep I cant find that paticular beep error in my A7V266 motherboard manual is it Vid card ram or cpu error.
Thanks in advance.

thouse temps arnt in the extreemly bad area. what i would do is just take off the heatsink, take off the old thermal paste, and then put some AS3 on it. if your temps change then it probably wasnt on right, or there was bad thermal paste. if they stay the same, then that probably just the performance that your heatsink delivers. when you drop the mult then you shouldnt see a very big difference. the lockup might be beacause its too hot. might want to consider a new hsf.

if it's stable, it's not too hot. simple as that.

if it's been pulling those temps and running 100% stable for over about a year, then i wouldn't be too worried about it. lol
