running 2 hot need cooling?

ok ive got a p3 800eb and just as it is its running way too hot...i plan to oc it to 900 and i was wondering... what should i buy to cool the procesor down? a url would be great...also i plan to mount a 120mm fan into the case over the cpu blowing cool air on it..also an 80mm exhaust fan on the top of the case ...anything else i need.....??? thank you genius's
