Need some TEC help, and some other issues

Basically I set a goal for 0*C..

Alrighty, I've done some TEC research and basically I'm down to getting some 'real life' advice (instead of more numbers)...

I'm looking for the best TEC there is, with the biggest delta T possible... I'm willing to go with a multi-level TEC (I have a lian-li 75B PLENTY of room in this bad boy... and money isn't an issue)

I'm also going to get a second PSU and put it in my huge case... (since there is room) I was looking at a 226 rated tech, would a 300 watt PSU from my old computer work or should I get a special tec PSU?

With a 226watt pelt you need a dedicated power supply http://dangerden.com/mall/peltiers.asp take a look at this one. Also if you want to go 0C why not look at a Vaporchill case or something like it.
