FC-PGA is the flat pack chip used by the coppermine cpu series, as opposed to the slot1 SC242 package. It is appropriate for the socket 370 MB. The earlier celerons came in a different type of flat pack known as the PPGA as well as slot1, the newer coppermine celerons are FC-PGA also.
