Wires...wires....wires

anyone know of a good MOD to get rid of all the damn power wires. i already rounded my ide/ata66/floppy just need some ideas/pics for my power cables

Shortening power wires is a piece of cake, just cut out the extra section of wire and join the two ends back together with solder and heatshrink. I haven't done this because I prefer to have wires that are too long rather then too short, but if you do ever need the extra length you can just solder on an extension - though it might end up looking messy ;-) If that's all too drastic, just try using those little wire ties for closing freezer bags and things - make a couple of holes on the inside of your case to thread it through and use it as a cable tie.
