Sure it uses some CPU cycles but for the price this has to be the best bang for the buck card out there, am I right (come on, its only $15)?
Also, am I correct in thinking this is the exact same card as the MuseXL? It looks like one (based on the picture) and one newegg review (taking this along with a couple of grains of salt) says it is. The only difference is that it is manufactured by Pine.

My other question is when looking at the Hercules Gamesurround Muse XL and the Gamesurround Muse™ 5.1 DVD, what are the differences between these two cards? I can't seem to find one. They both are based on the C-Media CMI8738.
