D-Tek Heater Core and Spir@l Waterblock, Tygon tubing, Eheim 1048 or Via Aqua 1300 pump. And you will need a relay switch so the pump turns on before the system does. nikhsub1 has this setup,(With Eheim pump.) PM him your questions. :)
