I went by one of those guides(cant remember which one it was in a mag.) that lets you guestimate how much power your comp needs to run. I came up with 330 watts. I have a Enermax 350watt PSU right now. Since ive added some extra stuff lately ive started getting the random reboots ive heard is associated with not having a powerful enough PSU.
Heres everything in my box:

Abit KR7A-RAID
Athlon 1900+ XP
768 ram (256,512 sticks)
hercules gf3 ti500
network card
extigy sound card(has own power supply no prob there)
20,40 gig western digital HD's and a 60 gig maxtor
Digidoc5
dvd drive
cdrw drive
floppy
two CCRT's
4 adda 80 mm case fans(came with lian li pc-70 case)
two 80 mm enermax fans
120mm panaflow
40mm screamer on ram(unknown brand)
uh i think thats it

I was looking at one of these http://mixpc.zoovy.com/product/EG651P_FMA
but thats a big hunk of cash. I cant do the duel PSU deal cuz of the way my case is setup.

You pretty much answered your own question. You knew you were at the limit, and were adding stuff, and noticed to reboots. Either take out the stuff you don't need, or buy a new psu. I would go with either enermax or antec.

I’m no expert at power supplies, but if you’ve got 3 hdds, gf3 a 1900+ and all that other stuff, I would say that you’d need a minimum of 400w.

Looking at the back of the Lian Li PC-70 case you have room at the top to add a 250watt E-machine type flex PSU. They are not as deep as the normal ATX PSU. It should still be able to clear the drives and you could power all the fans, optical drives and DigiDoc.
I did the dual PSU mod and am very pleased w/ the outcome. Everything is at/or above spec.

I wasnt at the limit according to the guide. With all that stuff it only says i need 330 watts. I cant do the dual PSU mod because i have watercooling stuff and relay switches up there where the second one would go. I'll just have to save up for anew one.
