network cards don't have options to be overclocked. The only way you can overclock the card is by raising your fsb speed to overclock the pci bus depending on what pci/fsb divider you're using.

Lets say your fsb is set to 150 and your pci divider is set to 1/4. You take 1 / 4 * 150 which'll give you a 37.5 pci bus speed. Default pci bus speed is 33mhz, so techinically you'll be overclocking that nic card by 4.5mhz.

In essence, this is the only thing you'll be able to do to overclock your nic card.
